LTD received an invite to check out a brand new prefab being released by REBOURNE this upcoming weekend and we thought it would be a good opportunity for us to share some of it with you. Below, enjoy some images and a description of the build which was supplied by the REBOURNE Team.

The build is 100% mesh and melts the perfect combination of modern cabin retreat and luxurious waterfront escape.

Designed with plenty of windows and glass for lots of natural light, as well as rich oak wood and light stone facets, the Lake House is an ideal combination for anyone looking to have the best of both worlds. It has three floors- including five spacious rooms, kitchen, bathroom, garage, attic and three outdoor entertaining spaces. the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, overlooking the roofgarden. Also there is an infinity pool, barbecue space, an outdoor 6 person animated lounge area and a built-in boat house .This build really does have it all.

The house comes in skybox form, with a control panel to set scenes and sounds, as well as a ground version. All landscaping to blend the house onto your land easily is also included!

LAND IMPACT

During the creation of the Lake House an “ultra low Land Impact” was always the objective. An often painstaking but always rewarding process.

The giant Oak tree:
Yes,, it is nice. but curved mesh’ land impact goes through the roof when sized up to such proportions. (178 prims OMG!)
The tree is included but does not rezz automatically with the house therefore. You can find a copy of the giant oak tree in the boxed purchase.
